PWSD No. 1 of DeKalb County transitioning to a new Billing System

PWSD No. 1 of DeKalb County will be transitioning to a new Billing System. Be on the lookout for a new Account Number along with a Security Code on your December Bill. The Security Code will be used to register for the Resident Portal where you can pay your bill and manage your account. You can also reach out to our office for your Security Code or we can help you register for the Resident Portal.
